A newly developed and patented ice generator called the EverTube, has been developed for a multitude of applications. From air-conditioning, thermal energy storage, heat recovery, desalination, waste water treatment to fish and food processing.


The EverFlo™ system advantage is simplicity, reliability with large capacities on a very small foot print.

The EverFlo™ technology is combined with heat recovery and every process in place to ensure best efficiencies and most environmentally friendly design with ammonia as is refrigerant. EverFlo™ combines different requirements in one system to ensure most energy efficient operation and the smallest footprint.


CHAD (Cooling, Heating and desalination) provides a holistic approach to the supply of services to hotels, district, cooling and heating applications. The CHAD system uses sea water to provide fresh water ice for thermal energy storage and air-conditioning. The melted water from the thermal energy storage is then delivered as potable water and heated through heat recovery for showers or any heating required.


BCEF system (brine concentration and eutectic freezing) provides the ability to treat waste water and toxic streams, and reduces the waste steam to zero liquid discharge.


(TES) Thermal Energy Storage systems is not a new concept and widely used to manage peak heat loads.  The EverFlo™ system uses salt water or any temperature depressant to produce the slurry ice and store the ice to be melted during high peak load. The advantage of the EverFlo™ system is that the energy cost to produce the ice is lower than any other method currently available.


RSW-ICE for the fishing industry is another new development, and this concept combines the ability to produce RSW (Refrigerated Sea Water) and Flow-Ice. This system pre-cools the water in RSW mode, and once  the water reaches freezing temperatures, the system changes seamlessly over to ice production mode. This system is used in large fishing trawlers to pre-chill and maintain fish. The advantage is that fish quality is much better due to the speed of chilling and lower peak power requirements.


EverFlo-Ice is widely used onboard fishing trawlers and fish processing factories for its ability to feed sea water to the system and convert sea water to Flow-Ice.

The Flow-Ice is then delivered to buffer tanks in the fish processing factory. The ice is pumpable and normally delivered through the factory with a ring main line and automatic or manually operated valves. The chilling rate is faster than any other method of cooling and our clients see the quality improvements immediately.


EverFlo-Snow is used in fish packing, where dry snow is used to pack the fish in boxes to maintain for transport. Another application is the chicken industry or food  processing which require effective, practical and energy efficient ice production to chill the product. EverFlo-Snow makes it possible to pump slurry ice and separate the snow from the brine, delivering pure snow to the product. The advantage is that the transport of the ice is as simple as a pumping water with an ice separator located at the place where cooling (snow) is required.


EverFlo-Mine Optimize (EMO) system is used to optimize chiller plants used in mine cooling. 

The EverFlo™ system is used to produce pure ice and store the ice in large tanks to be used through two strategies:  (a) Operate the chillers with higher outlet temperatures and inject the cold water in the line after the chiller to reduce the chiller outlet temperatures, therefore improving the chiller efficiency and (b) Melt the ice through demand side management (DSM) and stop the chillers during peak energy hours of the day.

This concept saves 10% of the energy through implementing the EMO.

Over an above the saving through improvement on chiller efficiencies, and DSM, the system also provides a constant online water treatment and removes saline solutions from the circulated water in the mine. The fact that we produce ice and the concentrated saline water drained from the ice, is treated in phase two to ZLD (zero liquid discharge). This concept provides a combine a approach in order to optimize mine cooling operations and at the same time treat the water to maintain water quality.
